Gas bain-marie stock pot 150 litres - Round kettle - AISI 316 L stainless steel heat diffusing base - 24.5 kW - Width 800 mm - Automatic fill and top-up for bain-marie - Safety pressure switch - Hinged and balanced lid - Hot and cold water mixer tap - Drainage by stop tap - Burners with safety device and pilot light - Electrical ignition by continuous sparking Description •Rounded front edge, kettle with surrounded board and back plate with rounded internal corners. •RoundkettlewithheatdiffusingbaseinAISI316Lstainless steel. •304 stainless steel clip, 20/10 thick. •Double wall of the bain-marie 15/10 thick made of 304 stainless steel, and 30/10 thick for the base. •Insulated by means of rock wool panels covered. •304 stainless steel lid, 12/10 thick, hinged and balanced by means of stainless steel springs. •Handle with a knob made of insulated material. •Water spout controlled by hot / cold water knobs located on façade. •Drainage by drain off valve diameter 40 x 49 (1 1/2") with fold-down key, located on façade. •304 stainless steel removable filter. •Bain-marie water connection fitted with an “EA” check valve complying with EN 1717 standard. •Automatic fill and top up for bain-marie using electrovalve and level sensor. •Air bleed during initial pressure build-up. •Calibrated safety device in case of excess pressure. •Bain-marie drain tap located under the kettle. •Vacuum release when ready for cooling.
