Electric tilting bratt pan 50 dm² - 125 litres - 16.5 kW - Width 1200 mm - Rectangular kettle, 250 mm deep - Bimetallic heat diffusing base (8 mm + 2 mm) - Double walled, hinged and balanced lid - Electric tilting by actuator - Hot and cold water mixer tap - Shielded stainless steel heating elements controlled by energy controller Presentation SBM 50 G - M or SBM 50 E - M Tilting bratt pans 50 dm2 gas or electric - Width 1200 mm SBM 80 G - M or SBM 80 E - M Tilting bratt pans 80 dm2 gas or electric - Width 1700 mm Description •Kettle with rounded corners and bimetallic heat diffusing base made of 8 mm mild steel and 2 mm of 304 stainless steel on the cooking side. •304 stainless steel clip, 25/10 thick. •Heat insulated by means of rock wool panels and a high density insulating material. •Double walled 304 stainless steel lid which is hinged and balanced. •Broad handle made of stainless steel tube. •1/4 turn hot / cold water mixer tap, diameter 20 x 27, with a swivelling spout. •Electrically tilted by actuator. •When the kettle is tilted, a safety microswitch controls the extinguishing and starting up of the heating. Options: -hopper for the spout to allow the GN 1/1 trays to be used, designed to hold cooking ingredients such as stocks for sauces, -digital controls -Electronicthermostatwithdigital display (50 °C - 300 °C), -water spout off-set, -shower and flexible hose on bracket, to connect to hot / cold water. Gas equipment •Stainless steel sheet firebox. •Allgasstainlesssteellinearmulti-burnerswiththermocouple and pilot light safety device, controlled by a regulation unit. An energy controller controls the heating.
