Description

Gas tilting bratt pan 50 dm² - 75 litres - 25 kW - Width 1000 mm - Rectangular kettle - Bimetallic heat diffusing base (8 mm + 2 mm) - Hinged and balanced lid - Electric tilting by actuator - Hot and cold water mixer tap - Burners with safety device and pilot light - Electrical ignition by continuous sparking Description •Top with raised edge on the back and sides kettle with surrounded board to form a seal between the kettle and the top (NF U 60-010 standard). •Rounded front edge and back plate with rounded internal corners. •Kettle with rounded corners and bimetallic heat diffusing base made of 8 mm mild steel and 2 mm of 304 stainless steel on the cooking side. •304 stainless steel clip, 25/10 thick. •304 stainless steel lid,15/10 thick, hinged and balanced by means of stainless steel springs. •Handle with a knob made of insulated material. •Water spout controlled by hot / cold water knobs located on façade. •Electrically tilted by a front-hinged actuator. Options: -GN 1/1 Gastrostandard tray support hopper, -water spout off-set on the right or left side. -kettle 250 mm high, -manual tilting. Note: regarding the water supply to the appliance, the installer shall comply with existing health regulations (e.g. disconnector for certain regions). Gas equipment •Stainless steel sheet firebox, 20/10 thick, heat insulated with high density insulating material. •Two (SBM 35 G) or four (SBM 50 G) stainless steel linear burners with thermocouple and pilot light safety device, controlled by a 4 position tap. •Electrical ignition by continuous sparking
