Description

TITAN V ANGLE BRACKET FOR TIMBER, EXTRAORDINARY SHEAR AND TENSILE STRENGTH IN ONE SOLUTION The TITAN V angle plate is the perfect answer to the need for high shear and tensile strength in one solution. Ideal on timber-to-timber connections both as a hold down at the ends of the walls and as shear angle bracket along the walls. The reduced height of the vertical flange allows hidden installation of the bracket within the floor panels, for a concealed effect in the case of aesthetic requirements with visible panels. On timber, the TTV angle bracket guarantees exceptional tensile strength (R1,k up to 101,0 kN) and shear strength (R2,k up to 59,7 kN). The values are calculated, tested and certified even with partial fastening and with interposed acoustic profiles. Made of bright zinc plated carbon steel, it is excellent for creating shear or tensile timber-to-timber joints on CLT, LVL, solid timber and glulam.
