Rouvière Collection microcement is a continuous, joint-free decorative coating designed to dress floors, walls, bathrooms, walk-in showers, kitchens, stairs and made-to-measure furniture. It is distinguished by a very fine grain size, trowel application and elegant mineral finishes that provide comfort in use, easy maintenance and high mechanical resistance.

Range and solutions
Rouvière Collection offers a complete range of microcements and decorative mortars adapted to different substrates and uses. The brand highlights fine appearance, very high adhesion and strong water resistance for wet areas. In addition, the Ecobeton selection (Microbond®, Ercole®, Poseidone®) provides technical and decorative solutions that address specific constraints.

Main Ecobeton solutions

• Microbond®: versatile decorative microcement, abrasion resistant, applicable on wood, concrete, metal, terracotta and tiles; single-component ready-to-use product, suitable for interior and exterior.
• Ercole®: ready-to-use microcement adapted to heavily loaded and exterior surfaces; suitable for vehicular traffic, excellent resistance to freeze/thaw cycles and atmospheric agents.
• Poseidone®: single-component decorative mortar specially designed for aquatic environments (pools, basins, fountains); decorative and waterproof finish, application thickness 4 to 10 mm (in two coats). In constantly filled basins it does not always require varnish; if the basin is emptied, protection such as GiGi Sealer is recommended.

Finishes and protective treatments
Different finishing treatments are offered: single-component satin, two-component satin, two-component matt and two-component glossy. For protection and waterproofing: Cerbero Base (water-based primer for impermeability and chemical resistance), Cerbero Sealer (two-component water-based polyurethane finish) and GiGi Sealer (two-component polyurethane finishes). The Sermiprotect treatment provides a water- and oil-repellent, stain-resistant surface suitable for wet areas and highly stressed surfaces.

Application
The coatings are applied with a trowel and require a skilled applicator’s technique to obtain a unique decorative result. The choice of solution depends on use, destination and substrate preparation (specific preparation for anhydrite screeds, application on tiles, in pools, in showers, etc.). Application and execution require technical expertise adapted to the substrate and the site.

• Colors: nearly 80 shades available for the Rouvière Collection range; Ecobeton offers an extended palette (e.g. Gallery Colors, 300 shades for some mortars).
• Packaging: powder + resin kits ready to use — examples: 25 kg kit covering approximately 6–8 m² in two coats; 4.5 kg kit covering approximately 1–1.5 m² in two coats (to adapt quantities to the job).
• Protective treatments and yields: Sermiprotect available in several sizes (examples: 0.18 L; 1 L covering ~10 m²; 5 L covering ~50 m²) to ensure hydro/oleo-protection and stain resistance.
• Environmental characteristics: some products non-toxic, solvent-free and VOC-free according to formulations (e.g. Microbond® and other Ecobeton references).
