Meat mincer completely made in stainless steel, endowed with hopper of great capacity complete of safety micron and mincing unit group made of stainless steel for the big production. The machine could be for bench, or by request, provided with trolley. The hopper can be removed to make cleaning easier and faster. During cleaning operation a special safety system on the machine disables all machine functions, by detecting the absence of hopper.
