Areas of UseŞişecam Tentesol Titanium is primarily intended for facades and windows of commercial buildings, balcony glazing, and interior architectural solutions such as partition walls and decorative applications. It can be used as monolithic glass or within Insulating Glass Units (IGU). Solar control glass is susceptible to thermal breakage; to avoid this risk, toughening or heat strengthening is recommended. When laminating Şişecam Tentesol Titanium, all panes in the laminated unit should be either toughened or heat strengthened to avoid thermal breakage.
Production MethodŞişecam Tentesol Titanium is manufactured by applying a thin, reflective and highly durable metal oxide coating onto clear or tinted float glass.
