Alsan® 171 Primer for modified substrates is a highly reactive, unpigmented methyl methacrylate-based resin formulation. Alsan® 171 Primer is used for the pre-treatment (as primer and barrier) of absorbent as well as synthetic-resin modified substrates (concrete, screed, wood etc.) for subsequent coating with Alsan® 770 coating systems. IMPLEMENTATION Stir the contents of the tub thoroughly, then add the catalyst while stirring at slow speed and mix for 2 minutes. Ensure that the material on the base and sides is mixed in.
