Steelcase Rise is a workplace wellbeing app that pairs with Steelcase height-adjustable desks and benches to help users personalise movement and posture habits during the workday. The app connects via Bluetooth with workstations using Active Touch controllers and provides configurable reminders and usage tracking.

How It Works

• Sync: Pair your mobile device with any compatible desk or bench via Bluetooth to link the app to your workspace.
• Save: Store desk and posture preferences so they apply automatically when you connect to a compatible workstation.
• Move: Receive scheduled reminders to sit, stand and move; the desk can perform gentle position changes at set intervals.
• Track: Monitor sit/stand frequency and view progress over days, weeks and months to support wellbeing objectives.
