Cyclotherm wood fired oven with grey – black brick It consists of two separate parts: 1) Outer frame made of inert and fireproof materials 2) Internal metallic structure In the inside it has: 1) Stainless metallic chamber (inox) 2) Adjustable grills *A special temperature clock up to 350 degrees Celsius has been placed Advantages: 1) It combines two uses (grill – oven) in one device 2) It achieves high temperatures very quickly with low fuel cost 3) It is possible to adjust the chamber temperature by adding or removing wood 4) A small grill with adjustable rack is intergrated in the oven
