Residential VAV system box providing effective ventilation control Available in different sizes, OPTIMA-RES-A is a compact system of supply and extract VAV controllers that have been designed to provide effective ventilation control in residential premises. Its basic functionality is continuous supply and extract air flow volume control in master/slave operation mode. It can also be switched into override operation modes, such as opening or closing the damper, or minimum/maximum airflow volume control. The controllers require AC 230 V power supply and feature electrical safety elements and connection terminals. The OPTIMA-RES-A VAV controllers are mounted to the circular duct connection by sleeves making them easy to remove. The system box features cable pass diaphragms for power supply, setpoint control signal, feedback signal and override signal cables. These are connected on-site by a qualified person. The residential VAV system is equipped with BLC4-type compact controllers in the master/slave connection. The controllers use analogue input for the setpoint signal and analogue output for the feedback signal.
