Overview
The Taylor C707 is a single‑flavor commercial soft serve freezer designed for countertop installation (optional cart available for floor mounting). It produces soft serve, custard, frozen yogurt and sorbet using a gravity mix delivery system and is compatible with Flavor Burst cartridges.

Features

• Softech: microprocessor‑based master control that measures product viscosity to regulate refrigeration and maintain consistent product quality.
• Standby mode: preserves safe product temperatures in the hopper and freezing cylinder during long idle periods.
• Door interlock system: beater is disabled unless the dispensing door is correctly installed for operator safety.
• Digital temperature indicator: displays hopper temperature; selectable Fahrenheit or Celsius readout.
• Dedicated electrical connection required; unit is manufactured for permanent connection — consult the electrical chart for proper requirements.
• Ventilation: minimum 6" (152 mm) clearance required on both sides; place unit with rear to wall to avoid warm‑air recirculation. Optional top air discharge chute directs exhaust upward; when used, no right‑side clearance is required.
