Non-structural MDF board for industrial processing and interior applications MDF CE norm: L.MDF Dry conditions - service class 1 Formaldehyde class: Low Density: Standard High quality MDF board (L-MDF according EN 622-5) with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Fibrabel can be used for non-load bearing applications in dry conditions. This board has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class) and also meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2) and EPA (TSCA - Title VI). Fibrabel is made from 100% recovered wood: 100% pre-consumer wood from waste flows from the wood industry or thinned wood from sustainable forestry and verge management. Fibrabel is an original Spanolux product. Applications - Interior and furniture Available fire reaction classes - D-s2-d0 MDF board with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. MDF Fibrabel has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class). Moreover, MDF Fibrabel meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board. According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 as set by the ACTM. This MDF board also meets the requirements of EPA, as set by TSCA Title VI. - Interior decoration - Furniture production -Skirtings & profiles MDF Fibrabel is suitable for interior decoration, industrial processing and furniture production. The board can be acquered or finished with paper, foil, melamine, veneer or high-pressure laminate. The board must be applied in service class 1 (restrictions in temperature and ambient humidity) and can only be used in biological hazard class 1 of EN 335-3.
