Overview
With a philosophy centred on dematerialisation, Riciclantica® explores concepts of flight and lightness. Designer Gabriele Centazzo defines the collection as a visual expression of contemporary dwellings through extremely slim forms and a strong reduction of material use. The range includes a 2 mm door panel inserted into an anodized aluminium structural frame, delivering high resistance to water, steam and heat while saving up to 85% of material versus a traditional 20 mm door.

Materials and finishes

• Anodized aluminium frame with anodic oxidation surface treatment for protection.
• Extremely thin decorative coverings/coatings for doors, worktops and end panels (only a few millimetres thick while ensuring required resistance).
• Silicone rubber for gaskets.
• Available in a selection of coverings including laminate and other Valcucine finishes chosen for thinness and resistance.

Design philosophy
The collection focuses on flight and lightness: the structural aluminium frame is mechanically concealed to present the panel as a pure plane, while the 2 mm door and integrated grip recess convey extreme slimness and dematerialisation. Special Elements complete the system to emphasise suspended and wall-hung compositions that free movement and sightlines.
