The built-in lid thermometer lets you monitor the temperature inside the barbecue. The porcelain‑enamelled bowl and lid retain heat and resist rust, peeling and scratching. Adjustable lid and bowl dampers allow fine temperature control. The One‑Touch cleaning system clears ashes into the enclosed, high‑capacity ash catcher for easy cleanup.
