The 57 cm Master-Touch charcoal barbecue combines a porcelain-enameled bowl and lid in Slate Blue with practical features for professional and commercial use. Porcelain-enamel retains heat and resists rust, peeling and scratching. The hinged stainless-steel cooking grate flips up on two sides and accepts circular Gourmet BBQ System grillware. Adjustable dampers and a built-in lid thermometer enable precise temperature control. The One-Touch cleaning system and enclosed ash catcher simplify maintenance while two wheels and a tuck-away lid holder improve handling.
