Description
The 57 cm Master-Touch Premium kettle charcoal barbecue combines a hinged lid attached to the bowl for easy access with components designed for both direct grilling and low-and-slow smoking. It includes a stainless-steel hinged cooking grate, a stainless-steel diffuser plate and a porcelain-enameled char-ring. The cooking grate accepts circular Gourmet BBQ System grillware. Built-in lid thermometer, adjustable lid and bowl dampers and a One-Touch ash removal system enable precise temperature control and simplified cleaning. Suitable for cooking for 6–8 people and engineered for long service life.
