Description

private cabins, For your structures, sandwich panels that provide thermal, sound, and water insulation as well as fire resistance and load-bearing capacity are produced in three layers: the inner face, the outer face, and the insulation layer. A Sandwich Panel is a composite roofing and facade cladding material manufactured by applying polyurethane injection of various thicknesses and densities between two layers of painted galvanized steel or aluminum sheets. In sandwich panels, the insulation material primarily consists of polyurethane followed by rock wool and polystyrene (EPS). Sandwich Panels provide a very high level of thermal, water, and sound insulation in the areas they are used, eliminating the need for coatings such as plaster and paint in structures. The galvanized sheets used on the top and bottom surfaces are painted with Coil Coating technology. This technology ensures that the panels are resistant to corrosion for many years in outdoor conditions and are available in various color options. The production of panels offers material options that can adapt to different support systems and structures, with insulation fillings of varying thicknesses, and the use of aluminum and sheet. Painted metals use one of the paint types: Polyester, PVDF, Plastisol, and polyurethane. Generally, the standard paint type applied to metals for Sandwich Panels is polyester paint. Polyester Painted Sheet is 0.50 mm thick and painted on the upper surface with a 25-micron thick polyester-based paint, while the inner surface is primed galvanized sheet. It has low weight and high load-carrying capacity.
