PREFABRICATED HOUSE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DATA General: The ground concrete must be cast according to the dimensions provided in the concrete plan at the time of order. The height and safety of the ground concrete should be provided by the customer based on the region where the structure will be installed. After installation, either fishback concrete should be added at the junction of the external concrete and wall panel or precaution should be taken with suitable insulation material (not included in the offer). Flooring: After the structure's assembly is completed, at least 4 cm of screed must be applied. The screed concrete level inside the building should be higher than the external concrete level (not included in the offer). For wet spaces, 2 mm thick PVC with a 150-micron wear layer will be applied. Ceramic coating of 45*45 dimensions will be applied in wet spaces. A selection of colors will be provided to the customer. A 60 mm PVC skirting application will be made. Exterior Walls: Wall thickness is 60 mm with a height of 2500 mm. The insulation consists of 60 mm thick polystyrene with a density of 18 kg/m³. The panel junction is made from galvanized specially shaped profiles. The exterior is covered with 0.8 mm Betopan, which can be painted or covered with siding. The interior and exterior walls are painted in the desired color. Thermal conductivity is 0.62 W/m²K. Interior Walls: Wall thickness and height are the same as exterior walls, painted in the desired color. Roof: A gable roof is made from box profiles and welded from specially shaped profiles. The roofing is 0.50 mm thick 27/200 corrugated galvanized sheet, secured against water leaks.
