GENERAL
- Main Frame: Manufactured from bent DKP sheet, special shaped edge carrier profiles are combined with crossbars to form the carrying system, with thicknesses of 2mm and 2.5mm.
- Joining Elements: Made from DKP sheet.
- Corner Carriers: Corner posts are manufactured from specially shaped DKP sheet, thicknesses of 2 to 2.5mm.
- Transport System: Can be transported using 4 lifting lugs found on the container.
FLOOR
- Main Frame: Manufactured from box profile, edge carriers 40x60 1.5 mm profiles combined with crossbars to form the carrying system.
- Connection Profiles: Crossbars every 600 mm on the short side and every 1000 mm on the long side, 40x60 box profile 1.5 mm and 2mm thickness.
- Cladding: Floor cladding is either 16 mm betopan or 18mm plywood.
- Surface Coating: 2.4 mm felt PVC used as surface coating, adhesive is applied across the entire surface during installation.
CEILING
- Main Frame: Manufactured from box profile, special shaped edge carrier 40x40 1.5 or 2 mm profiles combined with crossbars.
- Connection Profiles: Crossbars every 900 mm, 40x40 1.5 to 2 mm profile.
- Exterior Cladding: Roof cladding is 0.50 mm thick 27/200 corrugated galvanized sheet.
- Interior Cladding: Ceiling cladding is 11 mm thick PVC panel.
- Insulation: Thermal and sound insulation is provided by a 50 mm mineral wool blanket laid over the PVC panels.
- Rainwater Drainage: Drained through galvanized roof trapezoids to the short sides, discharged freely.
