PORTIONING AND ROUNDING:
The volumetric Dough Divider and Rounder BM/2/AS is a complete
equipment to make portions and automatically round the dough mixing loaf.
The BM/2/AS is the first making and rounding machine with a continuous
process, designed for pizzerias with cooled loaf leavening. You can introduce up to 30-35 kg unleavened dough in the top hopper and
choose the appropriate cone and bell according to the wished weight, the
obtained portions are well dosed and rounded, ready for the following
leavening phase. The loaf weight can be between 50 and 300 gr. with a
maximal tolerance of 10%. The BM/2/AS is delivered with a standard
equipment of 3 cones and 2 bells to be chosen from a list.
The productivity per hour reaches 1200 balls/hour.

The AS/8 rounding machine is able to round dough loafs from a minimum of 180 g to a maximum of 800 g of product; its average output reaches 900 portions/hour; for this reason this machine can be considered necessary in pizza restaurants and especially in industrial structures or baker's shops for home made loafs. Its functioning is very easy: the screw feeder has to be turned on then the portions can be inserted in the inlet and collected already rounded and ready to leaven, at the outlet at the opposite side. It is easy to open, inspect and clean thanks to its comfortable lateral protections with special grips. It is a "universal" equipment, since in case of different weights in grams, there is no need of modifications or changes of the tool. The structure is sturdy and has small overall dimensions, it consists of a combination of certified building materials: the elements in
contact with the dough are suitable for food, as required. The assembling of the rotary cylinder with the forming screw feeder avails itself of a particular coating: this allows a remarkable heat insulation, which prevents the dough warming, even after several working hours.The AS/8 rounding machine can be equipped with an optional support complete with an extractable container holding frame, in order to simplify the collection of the product at the outlet. The equipment complies with all the required safety systems.
