New application in Barreaudage Trenzametal
The company Trenza Metal Area increases its line of product of the mark Trenza Metal with a new model of barrier/railing and barreaudée fence, maintaining the quality of the rustproofings (hot galvanization thickness minimum of 70 zinc µm) and the surface protector of the existing models, by replacing quite simply the filling of grill braided by bars full of steel of Ø16 Misters.
The barriers/railings maintain the handrail integrated of high strength, section full with half-moon of hot lamination of 8mm thickness, reinforced of a coast full with 60 X 5 Misters It supports great loads without becoming deformed, does not oxidize and does not present visible weldings.
The system of assembly between platinums and amounts with hidden screws allows a tolerance of 10 Misters.
With regard to the lengths and heights, there exist standard dimensions although elements to measures can be manufactured as well as adaptations to the slopes.
With these new models Trenza Metal adds to its offer a line of products of high-qualities and prices very competitive.

Just like the products Trenza Metal, all the produts ZigMetal are made using flat bars of hot rolled steel, but in this case the flat bars are not woven, they are bent to provide movement, plasticity and freshness.
There are four types of ZigMetal garden border: Wavy border 35, Straight border 35, Straight border 20 and Hanging border 20, every one has different height and appearance to adapt itself to any environment. The possible anchorage systems consist of a tenon to set into concrete or an expanding bolt to screw. It is possible to manufacture special bespoke curved parts that allow adaptation to the design.
