UdiSPECIAL ADHESIVE is:- a water based, incredibly strong, acrylate glue for glueing all wood fibre boards. ideal for glueing all wood fibre boards where cut joints or corners have been formed. used for glueing wood fibre boards to polystyrene plinth insulation. Where is it used? UdiSPECIAL ADHESIVE is used in plinth areas and around window and door reveals to glue wood fibre boards. It can also be used to glue wood fibre boards which have been cut and have one square edge, reducing wastage. How long does it take to dry? The glue gets a skin on it very quickly in dry, warm weather and so tools should be kept clean and the lid kept on the bucket. Full drying is achieve in around 1.5 hours but this will be extended into winter. The glue should only be used above 5C and below 30C. How is it used? Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of loose material before the UdiSPECIAL ADHESIVE is applied. Apply generously to both surfaces and remove excess once in place. Drying times are affected by temperature and humidity so in cold weather they will be longer. Keep the lid on the tub at all times and replace immediately after use. Keep the edges of the tub clean as this allows correct sealing of the lid. Wash tools immediately after use as once dried the UdiSPECIAL ADHESIVE is very difficult to remove from pretty much everything!!
