Material and properties
Manufactured in stainless steel alloy with reduced carbon content, offering recognized hygiene and excellent corrosion resistance. Stainless steel does not oxidize or rust when exposed to air and water; its natural passive film ensures long-term durability and restorability. CEADESIGN production uses mechanical processes only; the stainless steel is not chrome plated nor galvanically treated, preserving its ecological and recyclable properties and biocompatibility.

Special finishes description
Special finishes are applied on request by depositing mixtures of zirconium powder and graphite in vacuum (plasma) processes. This creates a condensed thin film that increases surface hardness, scratch resistance and resistance to aggressive cleaners and saline atmospheres. The Black Diamond finish adds self-lubricating properties that reduce limescale adherence and facilitate cleaning. All special finishes are ecological and biocompatible.

Color and nuance variations
Variations in color and tone are inherent to the working process and the material’s oxygenation when exposed to ambient air, particularly for BRONZE and COPPER finishes. These variations are not manufacturing defects but contribute to the natural depth of the product.
