Material and treatment
Low-carbon stainless steel, recognized for hygienic properties and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor and humid environments. Stainless steel does not oxidize and resists contact with water and air. Its natural protective film ensures long-term durability and allows restoration. CEA products are manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the material’s characteristics. The stainless steel used is not chrome-plated or electroplated, maintaining eco-friendly, fully recyclable and highly hygienic properties.

Special finish treatments
Special finishes are produced on request through high-thickness deposition of zirconium and graphite powder mixtures. These powders are condensed by evaporation in sealed (plasma) chambers, creating a surface more resistant to cleaning agents and salt air and providing anti-scratch properties. The Black Diamond version also resists limescale deposits due to an auto-lubricating characteristic that helps keep the product cleaner for longer. CEA special finishes enhance brightness and resistance while remaining ecological and biocompatible. Color variations or shading are not production defects but a result of the finishing process; oxidation effects can produce tonal variations, particularly in Bronze and Copper finishes, adding depth and a natural effect.
