Material and stainless steel characteristics
Low‑carbon stainless steel alloy recognized for hygiene and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable also for outdoor environments. Due to its chemical composition stainless steel does not oxidize or rust when exposed to water and air. The material's natural protective film ensures long-term durability and reparability. CEA products are entirely manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the unique properties of the material. The stainless steel used for CEA production is not chrome-plated nor electroplated, maintaining ecological properties: eco-compatible, fully recyclable and highly hygienic.

Special finish treatments, performed on customer request, result from careful color selection and technological development based on high-thickness deposition of zirconium and graphite powder mixtures. Through an evaporation process in sealed (plasma) chambers these powders condense and solidify, making the steel surface more resistant to cleaning agents and salt air, and more scratch‑resistant. In the Black Diamond version the surface is also protected from limescale deposits thanks to a self-lubricating characteristic that helps keep the product cleaner for longer. CEA special finishes enhance the stainless steel’s properties by increasing brightness and resistance. All CEA special finishes are ecological and biocompatible.
Color variations or shades are not production defects but a characteristic linked to the processing, preserving the material's biocompatibility and ecological nature. Tone variations may occur due to oxidation on contact with air, especially in Bronze and Copper finishes. This color shift gives the product depth and a more natural appearance.
