Product overviewThe EscandellaTherm system is a constructive solution for the installation of ventilated and light roofs with high energy efficiency. The system is suitable for both refurbishment and new construction. Its high resistance with minimum weight enables installation on the majority of roof supports, including wooden beams, prestressed concrete, metal profiles, ceramic partition walls, concrete slabs, metal sheets or wooden boards.
Key features- Increases savings: energy-efficient and sustainable roof that reduces heating and air conditioning energy bills.
- Quick and easy installation: intuitive, simple and quick assembly, translating into savings in structure and labour.
- Maximum insulation: low transmittance thermal insulation without thermal bridges; insulates the roof without losing interior space and guarantees waterproofing under roof tiles.
- Resistant: self-supporting roof support.
- Construction system: system adapted to the new requirements of the Technical Building Code; thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.022 W/m·K, achieving required thermal insulation levels with lesser thicknesses.
Additional notesThe panels have two different sizes of strips to be installed on all types of ceramic tiles. Photovoltaic Solar Systems are included.
