Materials and Manufacturing Processes

• Structure: Main posts in galvanized steel tubes Ø89 mm, 2.5 mm thick, treated and oven-painted with polyester powder for outdoor use (resistant to UV rays, corrosion and temperature changes). Secondary parts in galvanized steel Ø60, Ø48, Ø38, Ø32 and Ø28 mm, also 2.5 mm thick.
• Platforms and stairs: 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel plate, perforated with Ø8 mm holes for drainage and anti-slip safety. Surface oven-painted with polyester powder.
• Panels, roof and slides: Manufactured in mass-dyed rotomolded polyethylene. Wall thickness greater than 6 mm, with UV resistance (grade 8) and antistatic properties.
• Slide ramp: High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), which guarantees maximum resistance and durability.
• Screws and accessories: Galvanized screws or stainless steel AISI-304. Vandal-proof caps and clamps. High-strength aluminum alloy fasteners with rounded corners.

Installation

• Installation - Type I: For hard surfaces (concrete), fastening is done with bolts or expansion bolts on concrete cubes or slab. Requires safety surface (rubber or other cushioning material).
• Installation - Type II: For soft soils (soil or sand), the poles should be buried in the ground and anchored with concrete.
