Retail cassettes can be paired and combined to create see-through fireplaces, cinewalls or continuous multi-module installations.

Big flames, big impact
The Dimplex Cassette Retail Multi is available in two sizes to suit different installation needs. Both models include an integrated water reservoir that is simple to refill and provides extended runtime for consistent ambiance.

Full control
Both CAS500R-RGB-EU and CAS1000R-RGB-EU can be controlled via the included remote, directly on the appliance, or through the Flame Connect app. Units are connectable so multiple cassettes can be operated together with a single remote to create a continuous flame effect across larger installations.

Multicolour flames
Advanced multicolour technology offers a wide palette of colours selectable via the Flame Connect app or remote control. Choose warm traditional tones or vibrant contemporary hues to suit the project and interior design.

Modern or realistic
Each cassette is supplied with a modern metal front plate. An optional realistic log set is available to provide a traditional wood-burning appearance when required.
