The Holyrood Sofa has been the stereotype of fine English furniture for as long as chesterfields have been produced. Four rows of deep buttoning, low stance with soft filled cushions and upholstered in antiqued leather, the Holyrood Sofa has been the standard of fine English leather furniture for over a hundred years. Fully sprung and built over a solid beech frame, the sofa is upholstered in much the same way as it was a century ago, by hand. Finished with pipe and stud facings on front border, and stood on a low mahogany bun foot, the Holyrood is the benchmark other upholstery companies only hope to achieve.
