Compar is an adaptable, compact track-mounted downlight designed for ergonomic office lighting and flexible room layouts. It delivers high visual comfort via anti‑glare louvres, multiple light distributions and is suitable for low ceilings and wide luminaire spacing for economical lighting concepts.

Special features

• Louvres for efficient visual comfort – Louvre restricts view into the luminaire to achieve efficient visual comfort (emission angle 90°); anti‑glare louvres available in black or silver to blend with ceiling finishes.
• Suitable for office workstations – Designed for good glare control and high visual comfort; UGR guidance should be applied in context of luminaire arrangement rather than blanket values.
• Double wallwasher – Special light distribution to efficiently illuminate opposite walls in corridors; diffuse reflected light also illuminates floor and ceiling.
• Small luminaire dimensions – Compact, discreet luminaires that focus attention on the light itself, advantageous for small rooms.

Product description
Illuminating office architecture and workplaces in a nuanced and extremely flexible way – made possible by the combination of Compar luminaires and track infrastructure. As downlights for track, they use the Compar lighting technology and a flat housing suitable for low ceiling heights. The anti‑glare louvre provides high visual comfort and enables standard‑compliant workplace illumination. Track adapters allow optimal alignment even with changing office layouts and enable wide spacing for economical lighting concepts.

• Anti‑dazzle louvre finishes: coated matt gold, matt silver or matt champagne.
• Housing colour variants: extensive option of further colours (series and special colours on request).

• Double wallwasher: typical 12.1 W; 1,163 lm – 1,572 lm.
• Light distributions available: Wide flood, Extra wide flood, Oval wide flood, Oval flood; special double wallwash distribution.
• ERCO lens system: optical polymer lenses; option of polymer reflectors with silver vapour finish or Softec lenses for wallwasher variants.
• Colour temperature / LED: Warm white (2700 K, 3000 K) and neutral white (3500 K, 4000 K).
• Louvre: polymer (black lacquered) or aluminium vapourised (silver, mirror finish); downlight cut‑off angle ~30°; wallwasher cut‑off angle ~70°.
• Housing: Cast aluminium, powder‑coated; standard colours white (RAL9002), black or silver; special colours available on request.
• Mounting / mechanical: Track adapter (ERCO 3‑circuit adapter or ERCO DALI adapter); rotatable through 360° on adapter; flat housing suitable for low ceilings.
• Control gear / dimming options: Switchable, Phase dimmable + On‑Board Dim (rotary control on luminaire), DALI dimmable, Casambi Bluetooth.
