Product- Series: TGL ISO — 24 BT 50 / 32 BT 60 / 44 BT 70
Design description- Designed for vertical façade installation
- Frame and louvre blade profiles: aluminium with thermally insulated composite using PA6.6 profiles
- Filling: 2‑glazing or panel; framed glazing all around
- Oscillating louvre blades mounted on a horizontal pivot
Profile dimensions- Overall frame depth: 50 mm
- Frame face width: 38 mm
- Vertical blade face width: 33 mm
- Horizontal blade joint face width: 66 mm
Type of opening- Louvre windows consist of one or several superimposed blades that pivot on a horizontal axis as an oscillating wing. The lower portion opens outward below the pivot axis and the upper portion opens inward. Pivot axis is normally centered but can be offset up to 1/3–2/3 if required.
- Standard opening angle: 78°; adjustable 0–90° if required
Gaskets- Vertical: brush seal
- Horizontal profile joint: brush seal + EPDM
Fittings- Concealed fittings
- Made of corrosion‑resistant materials; galvanized
Surfaces / Finishes- Profiles anodized; powder or wet paint coatings available per RAL, NCS, DB
- Special colours available on request
Available documentation (datasheets / inquiry / announcement texts)- System cross sections and system data sheets for TGL ISO 24 BT 50 and TGL ISO 32 BT 60
- Data sheets: TGL ISO 24 BT 50, TGL ISO 32 BT 60, TGL ISO 44 BT 70
- Inquiry data sheets and announcement texts available for BT 50 / BT 60 / BT 70 variants
