Overview
This access roof light is designed for sloping roofs of unheated spaces such as attics, garages and unused lofts. The large glazed area provides natural interior lighting while the side-opening sash enables roof access and controlled ventilation. The frame is laminated pinewood with a toughened glazing unit for improved durability and safety. A universal flashing adaptable to flat and corrugated coverings is included.

Detailed description

• Access and ventilation: the sash offers three stop positions allowing ventilation without fully opening; opening is intuitive and requires little effort.
• Construction and installation: laminated pinewood frame is vacuum-impregnated (protection against fungi, moisture and biological agents) and structural elements are bonded with waterproof adhesive. The universal flashing adapts to most roofing types and allows horizontal adjustment to align with roof tiles.
• Glazing: glazing unit 484 with toughened glass on both inner and outer faces for improved impact, temperature and UV resistance while transmitting natural light.
• Finish: external aluminium elements are powder coated (RAL 7022 dark grey) for a neutral appearance that fits many roof colours.
