Designed for unheated spaces such as attics, garages and utility buildings, the WGI access roof hatch provides safe and convenient roof access while admitting natural light. The hatch sash opens upwards and can be tilted to regulate airflow. Compatible with a wide range of roof pitches (15° to 60°), the WGI suits multiple construction contexts.

Comfort and ventilation
The integrated gas spring assists in lifting the sash and holds it securely in open positions to reduce the risk of sudden closure. The sash can be locked in three positions to set different ventilation angles. Rounded locking pins enhance safety during operation and maintenance.

• Sash: Durable aluminium profile in grey-brown (RAL 7022) with peripheral seal for improved airtightness; flange-style construction opening upwards with integrated gas spring for easy lifting and secure holding.
• Glass: Single-chamber or insulated glazing unit with toughened outer pane for increased impact and hail resistance; designed to admit daylight while resisting weathering.
• Gas spring: Assists lifting and stabilises the sash in open positions, reducing the risk of accidental closure and enabling hands-free roof work.
