Product OverviewSupertech-M-VIP is a metal vacuum insulation panel developed for steam ovens and other high-temperature ovens. It provides an ultra-thin thermal insulation solution capable of withstanding continuous operation up to 800 °C while minimizing heat transfer and preserving internal usable space.
Construction and PerformanceThe panel consists of a stainless-steel outer film wrapped around an inorganic, high-temperature resistant core. After vacuum processing and hermetic welding, the panel forms an ultra-thin insulation layer. The vacuum-packed core reduces conduction, convection and radiation heat transfer and is engineered to resist moisture ingress, core settling and environmental influences for stable long-term performance.
