Thermally Broken Skylight Dome for Buildings with Higher Thermal Requirements The versatile Neo Plus Skylight Dome is designed to be energy efficient and is ideal for new build projects and refurbishments with enhanced thermal and aesthetic requirements. It can be installed on flat roofs with a maximum roof pitch up to 25°, and can be easily retrofitted with ventilation and smoke and heat extraction drives making the Neo Plus a perfect multifunctional solution for all buildings types. Thermally seperated profile for optimal thermal performance with U Values ranging from 0.9-1.9 W/m2K depending on model and dimensions High levels of light transmittance for enhanced daylighting and reduced electricty costs High rigidity and long service life due to aluminium clamping strip Simple, flexible retrofitting with ventilation and smoke extraction drives Superb seal due to triple sealing Standard glazing, opal, with fire behaviour class E (EN 13501). B-s1,d0 glazing can also be provided. Other glazing options (impact resistant, fire-resistant, transparent, or heat and soundproof glazing) available on request. The structural and thermal performance of the Classic Plus Skylight Dome is covered by Kingspan Guarantee, for a period of 10 years. Pneumatic and electrical actuators for smoke and heat exhaust ventilation are covered by a one year warranty. This can be extended with a service and maintenance contract.
