In order to be geared towards public areas and their motley group of users, seating should be able to not only meet all the ergonomic and functional requirements; an aesthetic appeal is equally important for a well-thought-out interior design concept. These aspects and more were taken into account during the design process by Robert de le Roi, industrial designer and head of the product development department at Kusch+Co, The classic design of Luca is paired with excellent functionality and utility. The straightforward design language turns the series Luca into a multipurpose wooden-frame seating – geared towards a multitude of environments, e.g. social institutions and healthcare facilities, hotels and restaurants, lobbies and conference rooms. On top of this, the extensive range of variations can be tailored to your wishes. The beech frame can be stained in many different colours. This series comes either with or without upholstered pads, with an optional handle bar in the back for easy handling and stacking as well as different row connectors including seat and row numbering.
