The ashtray Speed is made of steel EN10111DD11 (thickness from 15/10 to 20/10). The ashtray is provided with a door and a lock that opens on the front. Inside the ashtray a box in galvanized steel EN10346DX51D+Z is placed (thickness 8/10, provided with oval-shaped holes that make the extraction easier). On the bottom there are 2 holes (10 mm diameter) for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not included). Every element in steel EN10111DD11 is then cold galvanized and polyester powder coated with ral colors at choice. For the realization of this product made in Italy, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products, in an environment of C4 corrosion class, as requested by the UNI regulations EN ISO 12944-2. The products are eventually polyester-powder coated with RAL colours at choice. The galvanized steel used is steel EN10346DX51D+Z and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
