Ashtray for wall or pole mounting made by laser cutting a steel tube of 102x2mm. The product undergoes cataphoresis treatment in accordance with the relevant UNI standard and is then finished with PP powder coating with Ral as chosen. The MINI CIGAR ashtray is made of 2 elements. The first one is the upper part in steel 15/10 thick and of 102 mm diam. H 53 mm. It comes with 4 holes of 20 mm diam. to contain the cigarette butts. It also has a hole of 50 mm diam on top, to which a pierced concave steel sheet is welded, with a hole of 20 mm diam. On the lower part a band in steel of 15/10 thickness, H. 40 mm, with a hole of 11 mm diam coinciding with the hole on the fixing plate and on the tank, is welded. The second element is indeed the tank, in steel sheet of 15/10 thickness. The upper part of the tank has an edge that helps the insertion of the first element. On the bottom there is a hole of 4 mm diam. to help with the drain of the rainwater. The third element is a bracket of 15/10 thickness that comes with a fold/hinge to be hanged to the bin. A ring made in steel sheet of 20/10 thickness, on which the ashtray is placed, is welded to the lower part. To the ring a screw M10 is also welded to secure the tank and the upper part and is therefore antitheft. For the realization of this product, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and polyester-powder coating with RAL colors at choice. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products in an environment of C4 corrosion class - UNI EN ISO 12944-2. Weight : 0,75 kg Capacity: 8 lt
