Overview
The 195 HC-LH 6/12 is a luffing tower crane designed for inner‑city construction sites with restricted space. Its compact 1.6 m × 1.6 m tower, climbable system and long hook heights provide a small footprint while maintaining high lifting performance and flexible working radii.

Born to perform
Optimised for dense urban environments, the crane combines a slim tower profile with high capacities to adapt to constrained site conditions and tight placement requirements.

Transport
The HC-LH assembly groups are configured for efficient transport: components are adapted to mobile crane capacities and, where possible, pre‑assemblies can be performed at storage to reduce on‑site time. The complete 195 HC-LH system can be transported using four trucks or containers.

Hydraulic luffing system
The hydraulic luffing system enables precise and fast luffing in under 90 seconds. The optimised 30 kW luffing drive reduces connected load while delivering reliable slewing performance.

High-performance drives
Hoist gears derived from proven series feature manufacturer drives available in 45 kW and 65 kW variants, with an optional secondary brake. High drum capacities and hook speeds simplify operations and maintenance, and improve on‑site productivity.

Out-of-service position
For jib lengths greater than 45 m the out‑of‑service position can be reduced to 10 m, allowing secure locking and compact storage in very tight spaces.

PLC control system
Scaling and commissioning are performed via the Litronic control system with a guided wizard using a single test weight. Logical verification ensures correct scaling and reduces commissioning time.

Comfortable working environment
The LiCAB® cabin offers approx. 2.35 m2 of floor space, an adjustable control stand and enhanced visibility to support operator ergonomics and safe handling.
