OverviewHigh-performance, science-based elastic anti-fracture epoxy gel FastGel® Pro with accelerated cross-linking and permanent elasticity for securely bonding porcelain stoneware, large-format slabs, mosaics, marble and natural stone to any substrate, even at very low temperatures. Extremely creamy, free-flowing and thixotropic (retains shape and thickness on floors and walls). Co-engineered with SafetyGel® to form the TileSafe® System.
Key performance and uses- Elastic anti-fracture gel with accelerated adhesion and rapid setting.
- Fluidotixo® - C5 formulation for secure bonding of tiles, porcelain stoneware, extra-large slabs, marble and natural stone — including unstable materials — of any size to any substrate.
- Sub-Zero Application® technology: guarantees high-performance installation down to very low temperatures (as low as -5 °C).
- Designed for rapid monolithic bonding and winter projects in high-stress areas (balconies, terraces, swimming pools, façades).
- Allows direct application onto substrates where cementitious adhesives are unsuitable (wood, metal, PVC, fibreglass) and onto single- or two-component polymer and polymer-cement membranes without triggering corrosive reactions.
- Double slip resistance T(T).
- Zherorisk® – Oxirane-free; does not contain C12–C14; non-hazardous to the applicator and the environment.
Setting and productivityReady for use after 6 hours. Foot traffic after 4 hours (where indicated) and full use after 6 hours. Coverage: 1.5–3.5 kg/m².
Technologies & proprietary features- Sub-Zero Application® (accelerated and controlled cross-linking that retains reactivity at low temperatures, down to -5 °C).
- Accelerated-curing elastic anti-fracture adhesion (elastic, crack-resistant bond with accelerated curing; ideal for large-format tiles and slabs in high-traffic areas).
- Structural gelation (three-dimensional network forms during gelation bonding substrate and tile back, creating an active flexible ITZ zone resistant to cracking, cyclic stress, expansion and moisture).
- Fluidotixo® Anti-Fatigue Mix – ultra-smooth, thixotropic, ultra-lightweight, extremely fluid consistency that maintains shape and thickness without running.
- Crack Prevention® and Superior Tension Absorption® technologies for dissipating substrate movements and distributing heavy loads evenly.
Applications- Monolithic structural bonding of large-format tiles, porcelain stoneware, extra-large slabs, mosaics, marble and natural stone in interiors and exteriors.
- High-traffic areas, balconies, terraces, swimming pools and façades.
- Installation on cracked substrates and substrates that are not perfectly dry (residual moisture <5%).
- Direct application onto difficult substrates (wood, metal, PVC, fibreglass) and onto polymer and polymer-cement membranes.
