Due to a float switch that starts the pump as soon as water hits the shower base, this is independent of the water supply through the pipe and even pumps away, for example, if you pour a bucket of water into the drain. The two associated substrate elements in different heights (50 + 30 mm) offer flexibility for adaptation to different installation situations in the floor.
