Description

Product description
Cygnus Qadro is the cantilever parasol with four cross-shaped canopies that shades an entire space without a single pole among guests. Designed for resorts, restaurants and hospitality, it delivers 36 m² of organised coverage on a single central upright.

Main features
  • Four independent gas pistons: each arm opens and closes on its own.
  • No pole among the tables: 36 m² arranged on a single central pole.
  • Acrishade 260 g/m² fabric: UPF 50+, blocks ~98% of UV rays, water‑repellent with integrated top airvent on each panel.
  • Commercial-grade aluminium frame with reinforced square central pole.
  • Perimeter Velcro and reinforced stitching at tension points for durable closure and resistance to wind.

The mechanism
Each arm is equipped with an independent gas piston for quick single-arm operation. The full cross (four arms) rotates on the upright via a 360° rotation lever, enabling fast orientation of the shaded area.

Key construction & contract details
  • Panels: four identical canopy modules assembled on one upright to form a square 6×6 m footprint.
  • Ribs and slats: aluminium ribs (8 per panel, specification 16×28 mm slats) with coordinated finishes.
  • Upright: oversized square aluminium column designed to carry the tension and cantilever loads of four arms.
  • Fabric finish: solution-dyed acrylic (Acrishade) for colourfastness and water repellence; top airvent per panel reduces pressure and ventilation of hot air.
  • Accessories: dedicated shaped protective cover available (reinforced polyester, zip, pole-assisted installation).

Applications
  • Hospitality: resort lunch service, restaurant terraces, club events.
  • Large outdoor venues and contract installations where unobstructed seating / service areas are required.
