This industrial solution integrates a high-speed self-repairing roll-up door and an EI120 fire curtain within a single vertical head. In normal operation the fire curtain is retracted and the door functions as a standard self-repairing high-speed door. When a fire signal is detected, the EI120 curtain descends to seal and compartmentalize the opening.

Main functional characteristics

• Parallel installation of a high-speed roll-up curtain and an EI120 fire curtain inside the same head.
• Independent drive systems for each curtain to optimise performance and response.
• Self-repairing design: on impact the curtain disengages from the guide to avoid damage; reinsertion into the guide is automatic when the lifting mechanism is actuated.
• Fire operation: on fire signal the EI120 curtain descends, closing the opening to block fire and limit smoke passage.
