Outer casing and feet in stainless steel. Adjustable worktop height, ranging from 840 to 900 mm. Heating elements with an oval section for direct cooking made with AISI 304 designed for food use. GN 1/1 tray for the 400 model and GN 2/1 tray for the 800 model with humidifier function and removable fat tray for cleaning purposes. Temperature controlled with energy regulating device. Heating elements installed on a tilt support and held into place in either their working or cleaning position with a locking pin.
