Portable steel badminton stands with regulated load 30/60/90 kg, made of flat steel bar, a clamping cleat for tightening the net and wheels for easy transport Portable badminton stands on wheels, with regulated load 30/60/90 kg. Compliant with BWF regulations. The posts are made of closed steel profile 40x40x2 mm. The post with a tension is equipped with a simple to use and effective clamping cleat for the proper tension of the net. Both posts are equipped with arresting hooks, made of steel bars, to fix the net. The upper cord of the net is passed through the plastic roll, placed in the upper part of the posts. Rubber-finished foot, mounted in the bottom part, is used to adjust the height of the stand, which allows to set the net at the correct height. The stands are made of closed steel profiles 30x20x1.5 mm and hot-rolled metal sheet. The loads, made of a flat steel bar with dimensions of 150x40x620 mm, are bolted to each of the stands. Plastic and rubber wheels with a diameter of 80 mm, mounted on the back of the base, facilitate easy transport after tilting the stands. The post is protected against corrosion by galvanizing; the stand and loads are powder coated in black. Badminton posts are certified for compliance with the standards PN-EN 1509:2008 - "Playing field equipment - Badminton equipment – Functional and safety requirements, test methods”. Badminton stand has been designed in such a way that the load can be increased by further elements (up to 3 loads = 90 kg).
