As a consequence of their expertise in traditional copper work and the production of copper mouldings, Peters Roofing were employed to carry out the restoration of the copper dome and and columned cupola of this listed church.
English Heritage used the project as a classroom, to demonstrate exemplary craftmanship techniques to colleagues and fellow building conservation officers.
The project was used to illustrate the chapter on traditional hard metal roofing in an English Heritage good practise manual.
Materials: 0.7 gauge natural half hard copper.
