SYSTEM It is loose lay and self-blocking, with a totally dry installation in 2 thicknesses: 5mm SKIN and 7mm EVOLUTION. The tiles lock together quickly, but they are not fixed on the support bottom. The installation has been designed to have removability, reversibility, repositioning and rapid (only 2 parts, which can be easily assembled to each other: Modular tile, Locking Plates). The Tile is a union of finish and support. The finishing material can be chosen between stainless steel, resistant and available in different types of surface textures (brushed Smooth or Embossed, 5WL etc. ) or Calamine steel natural and distinctive. The support is given by an agglomerated and recycled, sound-absorbing rubber. The modules must be locked together with plates, fixed through M5. The size and the cutting of the tiles can be standard or on measure (maximum of 1200x2400 mm). INSTALLATION It is dry, quick, easy. The system can be installed on existing floors and to overcome the costly of demolition and disposal. The modules are immediately functional, while the support of agglomerated recycled rubber protects the underlying pavement and reduces acoustic phenomena, due to walking. The system can be used in any environment; it makes possible any inspection to the screeds and also a quick modular replacement.
