The Herbal tea Garden was created by Patrick Sarran for the Landmark Mandarin Oriental of Hong Kong in 2014. Designed in staked elements, it can be easily dismantled without tools. Structure is made of solid oak, with a drawer. The top is made of mineral quartz, with three honey pots inlaid. A round six plants, are grown in an angular flowerpot. The fresh cut herbal tea will be rinced with clear water upon the bowl, and prepared in front of the client.
