X-CYCLONE® Capture Hood with a separation efficiency of up to 99.9999 %; flame-arresting capability tested in accordance with international standards; with integrated state-of-the-art REVEN® Air-Induction System; worldwide patented REVEN® Efficiency Air- Induction System without direct air supply, for best possible capture of the thermal airflow and efficient exhaustion of the capture airflow. Hood frame made of stainless steel with circumferential collecting channel; cutting edges are folded and free of burrs; aerosol separator fitted in inclined position in accordance with DIN EN 16282. The basic separator elements can be removed without tools and be cleaned in the dishwasher. Emptying of the grease collection channel at a deep-drawn point by means of a grease drain cock with internal thread; flow-optimised induction chamber without supply air connection according to DIN EN 16282, for best possible capture of fine dust and aerosols in the cooking fumes; the hood can optionally be fitted with separators with reduced cross-sections to adjust the optimal air volume to the required separation performance. The REVEN® Air-Induction System improves the capture and extraction performance as well as the separating efficiency of the aerosol separators by at least 20 % due to forced condensation. The system consists of a patented Venturi nozzle, which is integrated into the hood frame and operates without any direct supply of outside air. The induction chamber is optimised to flow- technological requirements and fitted with airflow rectifying systems to ensure an optimised capture of PM10 particles and cooking aerosols.
